Applicability

  • These terms are applicable when you buy, bought or use a resource from this website.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're not 18, we request that orders are placed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • By placing an order you expressly accept our terms and conditions.

Orders and payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are definitive, in EUR and including VAT.
  • Your payment is completed and definitive when the payment progvider confirms your transaction. We accept Bancontact, iDeal, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard. Orders without a valid payment cannot be processed.

Refunds

  • If you wish to not use a product after you already bought it, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. You cannot request refunds after this period.
  • Before usage, our sofware must be activated with your personal activation code. Activated software cannot be refunded.
  • We will refund you using the same payment method used to purchase the product.
  • You can request a refund on our Discord server or sent us an email at [email protected]

Software license

Free software

We provide free access to some of our resources under the MIT License.

Premium software

The paid resources are provided under our end-user license agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, that;

  • You are not allowed to make and share copies of the software.
  • You may not modify the software.
  • The license agreement is not transferable.
  • We are not required to provide updates to comply with your needs.
  • We are not liable for any problems that arise when using the software. e.g. crashes or data loss.
  • We may revoke your access to use the software if you infringe these terms.

If you have any complaints or issues you can contact us on our Discord server or sent us an email at [email protected]. We will respond as quickly as possible.

We would love to help you with a complaint. Are we really unable to solve the issue? You can present your case at the Belgian Ombuds Service for Consumers.
